  Sales person committed to an item being delivered before a certain date just to make a sale. Even used car salesman atleast give you the car on time.
  
  For washer and dryer delivery people didn't actually hook them up as promised before leaving. Only found out after signing the paperwork. So if you did buy something and actually received it check they installed it!
  
  Tried supporting a more local business but didn't expect it to be more frustrating than dealing with the Brick or Leon's (both who managed to deliver and install other items without issue). I dont work for them but am a consumer who expects a business to deliver on their commitments.
