  We have nothing but good things to say about our experiences with Andrew. He went above and beyond to find us our “forever home”. During our numerous visits to properties, he was patient, honest, and thorough. He worked hard to make sure we found the exact right fit for us and was always available to help us through every step of the process. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

  I don’t know anyone who likes to move. The entire process of selling a house, buying a new home, and then relocating to a new neighborhood can be so frustrating and stressful. When we made the decision to downsize our home and lifestyle, we knew that we would face the same challenges that so many have faced in the past and many will confront in the future.
  After looking at some open houses we connected with Andrew Bain, Adam Dumond and the team at Royal LePage Key Realty to help us to sell our home and find us our next home.
  We discussed our needs (some very unique and specific), our wants and wish-lists with Adam and Andrew. They spent some time with us to make sure things were clear and then, that same day, they went to work for us.
  From preparing the listing, preparing the online/promotional media for our current home, setting up appointments for potential buyers and researching our next home… Andrew and Adam certainly were focused on our needs and the myriad of details involved in the entire process. Their attention to our preferred timeline and needs, finding a buyer for our current home and then working through the challenges of finding our next home has made this entire move much less stressful and even somewhat enjoyable.
  As I write this, we’re closing in on our moving date and everything is in place for making this a very successful and stress-free adventure.
  Sincerest thanks to Adam and Andrew for the diligence, patience, professionalism and very positive attitude in both helping us and guiding us through this overall process.
